OPENING DAY VENDOR BOOTH


$50.00 Booth Fee without Electricity 

$75.00 Booth Fee WITH Electricity 


  • Date: CAYB Opening Day – February 29, 2020   *   8 am –2pm
  • Fee: Fee is to be paid in advance of set up, we accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card and Checks
  • Time: ALL Booths MUST to be set up by: 7:30 AM & remain set-up for the entire duration of the event
  • Vendor to supply their own furnishings: tents, tables, chairs, supplies, lights, etc…
  • NO food/drink is to be “given away” Food/drink will be sold only by CAYB and/or approved food vendors.
  • Rain Policy: With the exception of severe weather (lighting/high winds, etc.) Opening Day will go on rain or shine, with no refunds. It is your discretion to stay or leave.

ABSOLUTELY NO Alcohol, Tobacco, or other items not appropriate for children may be sold
and/or displayed at any booth. Alcohol/Tobacco NOT allowed inside the Ball Park.

CAYB shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly,
for any injury, theft, loss or damages to any participants, vendors, merchandise, and/or equipment.

ALL VENDOR REQUEST ARE SUBJECT TO BOARD APPROVAL PRIOR TO CONFIRMATION.
