OPENING DAY VENDOR BOOTH
$50 Booth Fee without Electricity
$75 Booth Fee with Electricity (first come first served)
Date: March 4, 2023 8:00am-3:00pm
Fee: Fee is to be paid in advance of Opening Day; we accept CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT, CHECKS or VENMO/PAYPAL
Time: ALL booths must be set up by 7:30 am and remain set up for the entire duration of the event.
Vendor to supply their own furnishings: tents, tables, chairs, supplies, etc.
NO food or drink vendors. Food or drinks are not to be “given away”; Food/drinks are to be sold only by CAYB and/or approved vendors.
Rain Policy: With the exception of severe weather, Opening Day will go on rain or shine. No refunds will be given. It is your discretion to stay or leave.
ABSOLUTELY NO Alcohol, Tobacco, or other items not appropriate for children may be sold and/or displayed at any booth.
Alcohol/Tobacco is not allowed at the Ball Fields
All requests must be approved by the Board of Directors
