Team Mom Information 

Important  Dates:

September 13 - Games Begin!
October 30 - Trunk-or=Treat

Uniforms: All players should have included their jersey and hat size on their registration form. Once teams are decided, Team Moms will need to verify these sizes prior to ordering. Important uniform information:
*All Spring uniforms will include a jersey, a hat, belt and socks. Fall uniforms include jersey and hat.
*Coaches will determine pant colors once teams are chosen. Parents are responsible for the pants. 

Raffle Tickets (Spring Only): Your players will be given two (2) books of raffle tickets at evaluations.  They are more than welcome to ask for more, but it is mandatory to sell at least 2 books. These books are due back to CAYB by Feb. 19th. Your team will NOT receive the uniforms until ALL raffle books are returned.  ***If any player did not received their raffle tickets at evaluations, Team Moms will need to get tickets for whomever needs them. 

Scorekeeping: Each team is required to have one (1) volunteer to keep the scorebook and the scoreboard (Home team keeps the official book/Visiting team keeps the scoreboard). The MUST be ONE (1) person at the Scorekeepers meeting, either on ______ or _____. This is mandatory.

Concessions (TBD): Each team is required to "man" the concession stand for a game day. You will have the option to "buy-out" your night for $150. More information to come.
