Team Mom Information 

Important  Dates:

January 29 - Last day to Register/All uniform sizes are due!
January 16 & 23 - Player Evals and Walk-up Registration
January 25 & 27 - Draft days 
February 1 - First day of practices/uniforms will be ordered
        February 11 - Team Mom Meeting
February 18 & 25 - Scorekeepers Trainings (only have to attend one)
February 19 - Raffle Ticket Books are DUE to CAYB
February 27 - Field Prep Day
March 6 - OPENING DAY!
March 13 - 21 - No games for Spring Break
March 26 - 28 - No games for Easter Weekend
May 8th - All Star Try-outs
May 11 - 15th - City Tournament & Championship games
May 15th - Closing Ceremonies
May 15th - Coaches Softball Tourney

Uniforms: All players should have included their jersey and hat size on their registration form. Once teams are decided, Team Moms will need to verify these sizes prior to ordering. Important uniform information:
*All uniforms will include a jersey, a hat, belt and socks.
*Coaches will determine pant colors once teams are chosen. Parents are responsible for the pants. 
*4u jerseys will be crew neck shirts and include YOUTH EXTRA SMALL sizes!
*6U and up will be jersey with one (1) button; these divisions do NOT have YOUTH EXTRA SMALL sizes. 
*Uniforms will be ordered Feb. 1
*Teams will not receive their uniforms unless each player sells and returns two (2) books of raffle tickets.

Raffle Tickets: Your players will be given two (2) books of raffle tickets at evaluations.  They are more than welcome to ask for more, but it is mandatory to sell at least 2 books. These books are due back to CAYB by Feb. 19th. Your team will NOT receive the uniforms until ALL raffle books are returned.  ***If any player did not received their raffle tickets at evaluations, Team Moms will need to get tickets for whomever needs them. 

Scorekeeping: Each team is required to have one (1) volunteer to keep the scorebook and the scoreboard (Home team keeps the official book/Visiting team keeps the scoreboard). The MUST be ONE (1) person at the Scorekeepers meeting, either on Feb. 18 or Feb. 25. This is mandatory.

Concessions: Each team is required to "man" the concession stand for a game day. You will have the option to "buy-out" your night for $150. More information to come.
