Introductions and Thank yous

As we step up to the plate for another incredible season, we want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on the true MVPs of our journey: our community leaders, local supporters, and businesses that have been the backbone of baseball in Montgomery County.

Their unwavering support has been a driving force, propelling us to new heights and enabling us to make a lasting impact. Thanks to their generosity, countless disadvantaged youth have been granted scholarships, coaches and players have received vital equipment through grants and donations amounting to over $10,000 in the last 5 years alone. Not to mention, families have enjoyed priceless moments watching our Houston Astros in action.

However, let's not forget that the game itself needs a field to come to life. The Gene Campbell Sports Complex stands as a beacon for our county, offering us a place to call home. Precinct #1's dedication to maintaining and evolving our facilities has been nothing short of remarkable, meeting the demands of a growing community. We're thrilled about the future as we work hand in hand with the county on upcoming projects.

We are incredibly fortunate to provide our families with a secure, functional, and modern space that keeps up with the constant demands placed on our complex throughout the year. This synergy between support, facilities, and our shared love for baseball is what makes CAYB truly special.

As we enter this exciting new chapter, let's remember and appreciate the strength of our community and the possibilities it holds. Together, we'll continue to nurture young talent, foster a love for the game, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Commissioner Robert Walker, Precinct #1

Jody Cjakowski, Mayor Of Conroe

Kurt Maddox, City Councilmen, Conroe Golf Cart

Denny Buckalew, Buckalew Chevrolet
