CAYB Spirit Dayz Contest Rules:

1. Jersey Requirements:

Participants must wear their official CAYB/CBC Fall Gameday jersey on designated Spirit Dayz, which are Fridays during the fall season.

2. Eligibility:

Spirit Dayz are open to all players and their families participating in the CAYB/CBC Fall season.

3. Photo Submission:

To enter the Spirit Dayz contest, participants must submit a photo of their player wearing the CAYB/CBC Fall Gameday jersey on their personal social media account.

Posts should be made on Fridays during the designated time frame.

4. Submission Deadline:

All photos must be submitted by 5:00 PM local time on the respective Friday to be eligible for that week's contest.

5. Tagging and Hashtags:

When posting the photo, participants must include the official CAYB Spirit Dayz hashtag; #CAYBSpiritDayz, and tag the official CAYB social media account; @conroeareayouthbaseball.

6. Privacy and Consent:

Participants must ensure they have the necessary consent and permissions to post photos of minors (players) on social media platforms.

7. Selection of Winners:

CAYB will review all eligible submissions and select one weekly winner based on creativity, spirit, or any other criteria as deemed appropriate.

8. Winner Announcement:

The weekly winner will be announced on the official CAYB Facebook page during the following week.

9. Prize Redemption:

The winner will receive a snow cone voucher, which can be redeemed at the Concessions booth during CAYB events.

10. Terms and Conditions:

- By participating in CAYB Spirit Dayz, participants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by CAYB regarding the contest.

- CAYB reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not adhere to the rules or guidelines.

- The weekly winner may be asked to provide additional information for prize distribution.
