Join us on October 28th from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a Halloween extravaganza like no other. We're turning our parking lot into a festive wonderland with food trucks, exciting booths, jumpers, games, vendors, tons of treats, and a kid-friendly Halloween movie to make the night complete!

🍔🌮🍕 We're thrilled to announce that we're rolling out the red carpet (or should we say food truck lanes?) to welcome not one, not two, but THREE amazing food trucks to our Trunk or Treat event! 🍕🌮🍔

Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with a mouthwatering selection of culinary delights. From gourmet burgers to mouthwatering tacos and piping hot pizza, there's something to satisfy every craving. It's a foodie's dream come true right here at our Halloween extravaganza!

Thank you for your interest in our event! CAYB's Annual Trunk of Treat is a free event open to the community, and will host 35 themed Trunk or Treat Booths, 3 mouthwatering food trucks, inflatables, and other kid-centric Halloween activities, we are anticipating high traffic.

Date/Time: Open to the public Saturday October 28, 2023 from 6:00PM to 10:00PM.

• You may set up any time during the day starting at 12PM noon.
• Setup must be complete by 5:30 PM, and vehicles must be moved to parking area.
• Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event. Teardown will begin at 10PM

Fee: $50 per 10X10 space (No electricity provided). Fee is to be paid in advance of Trunk or Treat event. We accept CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT, CHECKS or VENMO/PAYPAL. Spaces are first come, first served and will be assigned after payment is received.

Vendor to supply their own furnishings: tents, tables, chairs, supplies, etc.

NO food or drink vendors. Food or drinks are not to be “given away”; Food/drinks are to be sold only by CAYB and/or approved vendors.

Rain Policy: With the exception of severe weather, Trunk or Treat will go on rain or shine. No refunds will be given. It is your discretion to stay or leave.

ABSOLUTELY NO Alcohol, Tobacco, or other items not appropriate for children may be sold and/or displayed at any booth. Alcohol/Tobacco is not allowed on the complex.
